Membership questions, answered
Is there a free membership?
No. GRUNT HEALTH offers one $9.99/month subscription for member features. Public educational pages can still be visited without a member account.
Does the Claim Tracker retrieve my VA claim status?
No. You enter your own progress, target dates and notes. To check your real claim status, use the official VA claim status page.
When does membership start?
Member features are unlocked only after an active subscription is confirmed by the billing service. Creating a sign-in alone does not grant paid access.
How do I manage billing?
Sign in to your account to access the billing management option, when your Stripe billing portal is configured. Subscriptions recur monthly until canceled under the subscription terms.
What happens if membership verification is temporarily unavailable?
Protected features remain locked until your subscription can be confirmed. The information here is still available, and the outage does not by itself mean you've been charged again.
Before you subscribe
GRUNT HEALTH is independent software and educational information—not the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. It does not submit claims, provide medical care, guarantee VA benefits, or provide accredited representation. The Claim Tracker uses information you manually enter; it is not a live VA claim-status integration. Tracker notes are stored in the browser on this device, not synced between devices.
Registration creates an authentication identity to complete checkout. A paid membership is not activated until Stripe confirms an active subscription. If email confirmation is required, you'll confirm your address and sign in before checkout.
